Delivery
We understand that last minute print jobs can be a nightmare especially when there are limited delivery options; for this reason we offer several delivery options to make these situations as easy as possible. Our standard delivery is free for all items, however if you need your print quicker we can offer a same day collection and a next day delivery/collection service at a small premium, which we can discuss with you upon request. Collection is from our office in Leeds City Centre.
When will I receive my order?
When requesting a quote we will usually give you an indication of when your print would be likely to arrive. This gives you an opportunity to consider if it is the right delivery option for you.
How do I get next day delivery/collection?
If you would like to request next day delivery just let us know when you are requesting a quote. If you are requiring next day delivery or collection, please make sure you have submitted your print ready artwork before 1pm. It is important to note that our next day delivery is only available for certain products and quantities due to some products taking longer in production.
How do I request same day collection service?
We often receive phone calls from clients needing posters, stickers and vinyl on the same day, for this reason we introduced a same day collection service for a limited number of popular products. Please note we may me able to deliver same day to certain addresses for an additional charge and during busy periods same day delivery will not be available.
Can I arrange to collect my print from the Leeds Printing Company office?
Yes! We love meeting our clients. You will find our office near the Vue Cinema complex off Kirkstall Road. Please make sure you call before you set off to collect so we can make sure there will be somebody in the office to meet you.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Most of the couriers we use will provide you with a delivery slot to increase the chances of you being in for the deliver, however if you do miss it don’t panic as most will try again the next day. If you miss both your delivery slots the courier will take your parcel back to the local sorting office where you will be able to collect it at a time that suits you.
